A Small Intimate Wedding At Portsmouth Registry Office

I was truly honoured to be part of Ian and Nicola's wedding day! They wanted a small gathering of their nearest and dearest, and it was such a beautiful ceremony!

Ian and Nicola decided to throw tradition to the wind and break all the rules! Instead of the usual walk down the aisle, they both took on the fun challenge of walking each other down the aisle. How sweet and unique is that? Talk about a power couple making a statement on their special day!

The ceremony was a delightful whirlwind of loving gazes and bursts of giggles! It was as if Cupid himself had sprinkled magic dust all around, turning the venue into a love-fueled playground! Everyone could feel the warmth in the air, and it was clear that the room was bursting with joy and affection!

After the ceremony, we excitedly made our way to the lobby, where the stunning staircase awaited us like a grand stage! 🎉 We gathered all the guests, transforming the space into a lively celebration filled with laughter, joy, and unforgettable memories. It was a picture-perfect moment, as everyone posed and smiled, making the staircase come alive with energy! 📸✨

Outside, everyone gleefully tossed their colorful confetti into the air, showering the newly married Mr. and Mrs. Ashby with a dazzling explosion of joy and celebration!

Then on to do the obligatory family formals! Don't they look amazing?

We took advantage of some of the lovely scenery in the grounds of the registry office to take some quieter images.

Then we whisked ourselves off to Mildam House where the couple and their families would be enjoying the evening.

Well it was a celebration after all...
