Today's wedding kicked off with a splash of excitement at the bridal prep, where the bride had chosen the enchanting Lock Keepers Cottage—a charming fisher's lodge nestled in a breathtakingly picturesque setting!

But oh no! The recent rain had turned the grounds into a muddy playground, and we definitely didn't want Zoe's stunning dress to become a casualty of the muck! 😱 Instead, we captured some delightful moments of Zoe and her fabulous bridesmaids as they prepared for the big day, surrounded by laughter and joy. ✨👰‍♀️

Next up was Winchester registry office! I had never shot there before and wasn't too sure how parking would be on a busy Saturday, so I headed off a little earlier than usual to make sure I arrived on time!

Luckily, traffic wasn't too bad, and the multi-story car park had enough space! Yay! I have to admit I didn't realise you had to pay for parking BEFORE you left the car (hope no traffic wardens read this), so NEXT time I will make sure I pay for parking before I dash off towards the registry office (luckily I didn't get a ticket, PHEW!).

It wasn't too long before our eager bride arrived! She looked positively RADIANT.

It was all smiles and excitement as the final touches were put into place! We even had a guest all the way from Australia! Albeit on the phone...

Wow, WHAT AN ENTRANCE!!! Jon could not stop smiling at his bride-to-be!

The ceremony went by in a whiz of happy tears and laughter! I couldn't stop smiling; the atmosphere was infectious. I even climbed into the fireplace to get up nice and close to capture all the intimate moments! (I couldn't help myself)

We did some quick portraits on the stairs while the guests made their grand exit, ready for the confetti throw! It's always one of my favorite parts of the day—nothing says "wedding" like a shower of colorful paper, right? Then I played the role of a slightly frantic cat herder, corralling everyone for the group photos! I wasn't hanging about; there were celebrations to be had and cake to demolish!

Jon and Zoe had both said they wanted to have some quiet portraits on the way to Kimbridge barn so we stopped off on the way for a little time for reflection and some fun!

They were greeted with a hero's welcome and went straight into the hall ready for their wedding breakfast.

Speeches were beautiful with lots of heartfelt moments.

Time for some couple portraits, quickly followed by some eager guest interactions.

The evening flew by with a flurry of sparklers, cake cutting, and the first dance! The night was amazing! Check out all the pictures over in my client area!
